Meditation Group at SF Insight - Now on Zoom

I am part of the teaching team at SF Insight where I teach monthly on Sunday nights. Unitarian Church at 1187 Franklin Street, San Francisco. The group begins with guided meditation, followed by a dharma talk and discussion. All are welcome.
